Where did my chips go?

So I was playing the game today. Was in a 500/1000 table and my first hand I was in (at a 200k buy in) I won an all in hand worth 401k I only received 380k chips. How does this happen? Its not the first time it has happened to myself either. I have had many hands won and received less chips then were in the pot. Please fix this bug as soon as possible.
